Reporting to the Vice-President, Development, you will lead a team of consultants and members of our clients, effectively delivering projects and maintaining strong customer relationships. More specifically, you will be responsible for:

Your responsibilities

  • Planning and organizing, by effectively manage priorities, all aspects of the project based on scope of work and goals ;

Principal Solution Specialist (Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Sales, Customer Service & Field Service)

Reporting to the Manager, Solution Specialists the role of the Principal Solution Specialist is to have a deep understanding of industry business processes and to speak the language of the customer regarding these primary applications:

The role will focus on solution design, architecture and presentation of Customer Experience, Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service applications within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution offering.  Further, the role will participate in the transition from presales to service and successful implementations.

  • Product Evangelism – Assist and deliver software demonstration in lead generation events with prospects, at seminars, industry conferences and exhibitions.
  • Discovery & Architect – Proactively uncover and understand client business objectives and requirements, assess fit/gap, analyse problems, and recommend solutions and business process optimizations that prove value for both the prospect and Thinkmax.
  • Guide & Present – Guide prospects and existing customers on a practical path that leads to a solution that meets their aims, goals, and objectives. This means learning to speak the language of the customer and prospect and adapting to their perspective; moreover, influencing a change in perspective and priorities. Effective presentation and story-telling skills are of paramount responsibility. Plan and manage presentation agendas and assets (e.g. PowerPoint, D365 Environments, ISV Solutions) for all solutions related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 – with a primary application of Customer Experience, Sales, and Field Service.
  • Software Solutions – Identify and demonstrate software solutions that specifically addresses business requirements and problems while highlighting a practical and reasonable method to solve those problems using the tools available within and around Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Implementation Excellence – Post sale, embrace a leadership role in the deeper analysis and definition of the project scope within the applications of Customer Experience, Sales, and Field Service. Augment the consulting services team to implementation this scope to a successful go live.
  • Request for Information / Request for Proposal / Proposal Assistance – Participate in response preparation for RFI’s and RFP’s by completing the business analysis and technical components; Generate complete responses to RFI and RFP with the assistance as required of professional services resources.
  • Market Intelligence – Provide market feedback and research and analyse industry shifts and trends, competitive solutions, complementary solutions, best practices, methods as well as new technologies in the industry. Ensuring continuous improvement and sharing of knowledge within Thinkmax.
  • Product Intelligence – Providing unparalleled market feedback to the sales and professional services teams that can be used to influence or provide feedback on product roadmap items, solutions and implementation projects.
  • Sales assistance - Participating and representing Thinkmax in industry associations, forums and conferences. Participate in all activities required to generate business for Thinkmax.
